Five ambulances and a rescue helicopter from Orange were called to a single-vehicle crash east of Tooraweenah at around 1:00 pm on Saturday, April 6. Meanwhile, a Qube Logistics freight train collided with a car in Gilgandra along the Warren Road junction on Friday, April 5.

Five ambulances and a rescue helicopter from Orange were called to a single-vehicle crash east of Tooraweenah at around 1:00 pm on Saturday, April 6. The ABC reported the road reopened the same night. Five people were assessed by paramedics; three didn’t require further treatment. A four-year-old girl was treated for a head injury, and a six-year-old for leg injuries after being transferred to Westmead Children’s Hospital.

Meanwhile, a Qube Logistics freight train collided with a car in Gilgandra along the Warren Road junction on Friday, April 5. Traffic was not diverted, and the road remains open. Police are currently investigating further.
