Gilgandra Basketball Association members travelled to Bathurst this weekend to compete in Round Two of the Waratah Western Junior Basketball league.

Despite sustaining an injury in his first game of the weekend, Sebastian Manusu continued to defensively support his Dubbo under 18s team, with Dominic Manusu stepping up and filling in his brother's role with ease after the injury kept Sebastian sidelined.

The brothers’ under 18s Dubbo Blue team won three out of four games over the weekend, with the Manusu twins providing pivotal assistance under the baskets.

Another duo performed well over the weekend, with Cale McEwan and Darcy Morris helping their team to maintain their position on top of the ladder, with no losses this weekend.

Cale's height kept the ball in the Dubbo Rams’ under 16s hands, and Darcy's three-pointer buzzer beater sent the crowd wild.

Milla Morris continued her representative journey, playing with the Rams’ under 14s girls at CSU Bathurst.

Her time on the court highlighted her defensive tactics, with her team ending the weekend with one win.

Ethan Morris provided all-round support for Dubbo under 18s’ White team over the weekend, displaying teamwork and offensive support.

His team won two out of three games, ending the weekend with a thrilling win over Lithgow.
