IGA issues being resolved
Issues raised in the community recently about the town’s supermarket are being resolved, a spokesperson for Carlos Supa IGA has told The Gilgandra Weekly.
The rumour mill went into overdrive last week as customers found some shelves bare at the supermarket, with suggestions that the store may be in danger of closing.
“Despite experiencing some recent delivery issues which have impacted product availability, the IGA Gilgandra team remain committed to serving the local community,” the spokesperson said. “The store will not be closing down and we hope to have these delivery issues resolved as soon as possible,” the spokesperson added.
The organisation thanked the community for their patience and understanding.
“Please bring any concerns to the attention of Garth Mason, store manager of IGA Gilgandra so that we can address these directly,” the spokesperson concluded.
