Horse arena entrants blessed with picture perfect weather at Gil Show
The 2025 Gilgandra Show horse arena entrants were blessed with the arena looking magnificent and weather perfect on Saturday, May 10.

Ringmaster Wendy Ettershank said entries were very pleasing with good quality and well-presented exhibits.
The feature event of the program was the Nola Wilson Memorial Supreme of Supremes Exhibit.
Both horses in the contest were of royal quality, which proved a difficult decision for judges; Melody Cole, Kerry Wickson, and Annie Best.
The eventual winner was ‘Glen Lee Double Shot’ with the runner-up, ‘Wymara Royal Sovereign’.
The winner proudly wore the magnificent garland made and donated by local Jo Raines.
