Veterans, Saturday’s monthly medal and Sunday’s stableford.
Veterans
On Thursday, May 1, the veterans played a nine-hole stroke.
The winner was Mark Barwick with 33 nett.
Coming in second was Ken Williams with a nett 35 from Maree Townsend who had the same score.
John McWhirter won the nearest the pin.
Average ball went to Gil Riley.
Rob Hay won the least amount of putts with 11 for his round.
Saturday’s Monthly Medal
On Saturday, May 3 we played the Victory Lap Sports Monthly Medal, with 15 players taking part.
The winner was Lex Scotti with a 66 nett.
Coming in second was Marty Cross from Russell Anderson both golfers had a 67 nett.

Matchplay result: Marty and Warwick Cross 6 and 4 defeated Matt Zell and Ike Morris.
Sunday’s Stableford
On Sunday, May 4 we played an 18-hole stableford which was sponsored by Gilgandra Services Club.
Maree Townsend won the day with 40 points for her game.
Coming in second was Dustin Foran with 36 points.
