Dubbo City and Gilgandra win Rural Toyota Dealer of the Year
Recently, Toyota Australia recognized the outstanding achievements and dedication of local dealerships at the annual Dealer of the Year (DOTY) Awards.
Recently, Toyota Australia recognized the outstanding achievements and dedication of local dealerships at the annual Dealer of the Year (DOTY) Awards. This event sets the standards for quality and service in the automotive industry, bringing together the entire Toyota community to celebrate the hard work and success of individual dealerships over the past 12 months. This year, Dubbo City and Gilgandra Toyota were awarded the top gong - the esteemed Toyota Rural Dealer of The Year Award.
Sweeping the floor, the team also proudly took home gold, silver, and bronze across 10 categories during the award ceremony held at the International Convention Centre, Darling Harbour held on April 13. Every department within the business was recognized for excellence in business performance and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences at every interaction – a monumental achievement. In accepting the award, dealer principal, Ben Thompson dedicated the win and recognition to the team at home. “You really do deserve all the accolades you have received tonight,” Mr. Thompson said. “The success of our business is built on the passion and commitment of our people.
“Those who turn up every day with a smile on their face, to those who have been with us in tougher times, and to those who go above and beyond.
