Tickets
Everyone needs a ticket (starting from just $35) — grab them on 123Tix if your mates are still dragging their feet! If you have local friends, remind them that Gilgandra residents can message us for a code to access discounted ticket prices (which won’t be available at the gate).
Please have your ticket on your phone or printed ready to go at the entry gate, and lineup in the designated line for your ticket type.
Seating
General Admission: Seating is limited, so please BYO camping chair, picnic blanket or something comfy to kick back on!
Level Up: Some seating is provided, but feel free to bring your own!
Food & Drink
Under the Gums is strictly NO BYO alcohol – we encourage you to support our Red Hot Foodies & Bar Crew! However you may bring your own snacks & clear bottled water in with you if you wish.

Getting There
Buses from Dubbo, Coonamble, Coonabarabran and a local Gilgandra loop will be running to the event and home again! If you missed booking your spot on these, head to the Gilgandra Region website to purchase your seat directly.
Parking: Free (limited) next to the Gilgandra Museum. There is a drop-off zone at the front of the CHC.
Road closures: The Newell Hwy between Hargraves Lane & Jack Renshaw Bridge will be closed. Follow signs and traffic control staff.
Accessibility
Accessible entry, paths & parking available. Most of the site is turf – reach out if you’ll need extra assistance.
