Morris and Zell top Sunday’s Stableford

We had 14 veterans play a nine-hole stroke on
Thursday afternoon.
The winner was Noel
Chandler with 29½ nett.
Mark Barwick came in
second with a nett 32½.
Third place went to Nick White with a nett 34
from Ed Wlodarczyk.
John McWhirter won the
average ball.
Club captain Geoff Lummis won the
least number of putts with 11 for his round.
On Saturday, we played an 18-hole 4BBB
Stableford with 11 teams playing on the day.
The
winning team were Ike Morris and Jarryd Eason
with 41 points.
Russell Anderson and Andy Harris
came in second with 40 points.
Third place went to the team of Bob Dwyer and
Mark Barwick with 38 points.
Gilgandra Toyota
nearest the pin was won by Andy Harris.
On Sunday, we only had nine golfers play an 18-
hole Stableford.
Ike Morris won the day with 36
points for his round. Matt Zell also had 36
points, but Ike beat him on a countback.
Ike also won the Gilgandra Toyota nearest the pin.
