Gilgandra represented in Champion of Champions

The winners for Wednesday social bowls were Rod, Macca, and Jayden and the winners for Sunday social bowls were Dave, Stacey, and Fox.

Barry Johnson and Rod Howchin competed in the zone four Champion of Champions Pairs which was held at Club Dubbo on Saturday.

In round one they defeated Dubbo City 26 to 13 and then went on to play in the quarter finals.

After a close game they were eventually defeated by the Mudgee team 18 to 14.

Congratulations guys, you played well and gave it your best shot.

The club will hold a working bee this weekend, as well as Paddle Pop Pairs, which will replace the usual social bowls.

The draw for the championship four's is on the noticeboard, as follows:

• Barry, Ted, Parky, and Christine play Gil, Macca, Bob D, and Eva.

• Fox, Mal, Jo, and Leroy play Bulldog, Tom, Danial, and Matt.

• Bob D, Brent, Stacey, and David play Rod, Shaun, Phil, and Kel.

• Garry, Maxine, David D, and Jayden play Dylan, Norm, Tracey, and Jenni.
