Gulargambone Preschool - March 22

Week seven has flown by.

The trough filled with blue bubbly water and assorted water toys has been the most popular thing outside this week, and inside the children have enjoyed the dinosaurs, kinetic sand, and dressing up with our brand new dress up trolley.

On Wednesday Chase celebrated his birthday at preschool. Chase’s mum sent in delicious cake and cupcakes, and we hope Chase had the best day turning four.

Learning this week

On Monday and Wednesday the children practised their fundamental movement skills, as part of the Munch and Move program that we follow at preschool. They ran, jumped, hopped, galloped, kicked, hit, threw balls and lots more, the educators were so impressed with their skills.

On Tuesday we identified different fruits and vegetables and sorted them in their correct group. Then the children moved their bodies by dancing up a storm.

On Thursday we celebrated St Patrick’s Day at preschool by listening to Irish songs and creating a beautiful rainbow, shamrock, and pot of gold artwork.

Miss Crystal, Mrs Tindall, Miss Kerry, Miss Trina, and Miss Georgia
